After graduate school, Dr. Fleming joined the faculty at Miami University. She moved to Chicago in 2002 to take a position at Northwestern, where she held faculty rank until she became the Executive Director of North Shore Wellness Services. Clinical Hours: Mondays 9am-3pm, 5pm-9pm Tuesdays 7am-2pm Wednesdays 9am-3pm, 4pm-6pm Thursdays 7am-2pm, 4pm-6pm Fridays and Saturdays by appointment only All Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. Payment Info: Please see the contract for rates and payment information. Dr. Fleming is on the BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield Of Illinois) insurance panel. For other insurance carriers, payment must be made at the time of service, and an insurance-ready receipt can be prepared at your request.
