| Dr. Fleming is a public speaker, educator, and therapist. She discovered the field of counseling during graduate school, when she worked with Dr. Marianne Mitchell, who was the President of the American Counseling Association (formerly AACD). After graduate school, Dr. Fleming joined the faculty at Miami University. She moved to Chicago in 2002 to take a position at Northwestern, where she continues to hold faculty rank. In October 2006, Dr. Fleming became the Executive Director of North Shore Wellness Services. |
