I am a holistically trained hypnotherapist specializing in trauma resolution and stress reduction. My treatment philosophy is based on the recognition that true and permanent healing most often occur when the client's "inner physician" is engaged. By allowing the healing process to unfold in partnership with the client’s “inner wisdom, transformation becomes the norm, rather than the exception.
The cornerstone of my practice is Holographic Memory Resolution® a new and remarkable technique for releasing and resolving any emotional or physical pain stemming from past events. I have been fortunate to have been extensively trained by Brent Baum, trauma resolution specialist and the developer of HMR®. Since 2003 I have been assisting Brent with training programs and healing workshops. In addition to individual sessions and group workshops, I provide supervision to licensed counselors, psychiatrists and other healing arts professionals trained in HMR®.
