Everyone has a range of normal, healthy emotions. Ups and downs are a part of life, but sometimes people need help
navigating through the tough times.
Individual therapy offers a person the opportunity to work one on one with a therapist in the hope that as a safe trusting
environment is built he or she will become better equipped to work through difficult issues, realize solutions and cope more productively.
Our therapists employ a variety of counseling techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), traditional talk therapy, and art therapy. We also have
therapists who can work from specific religious orientations upon your request.
