Jolanta has worked with individual clients, couples and families, with a wide range of issues and concerns, both at Metropolitan Family Services and at Northeastern Illinois University's Wellness Center.
Prior to coming to North Shore Wellness Services, Jolanta worked at Metropolitan Family Services with students from the Niles Township schools directed for counseling services by the Cook County Ordinance Court in Skokie,
as well as clients referred by DCFS. She has worked with clients in support of their academic, career, personal growth and development. As a result of these experiences she strongly believes in the importance of committed
counselors supporting and facilitating student learning, personal development and success.

| Jolanta Jarosz McNamara earned an undergraduate degree from Loyola University and a Masters degree from Northeastern Illinois University, both in Literature.
She has a Masters degree in Family Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University and has also been trained in Trauma, Addiction and Grief; PTSD; and Positive Psychology. Jolanta has recently been certified as a CSFF (Counseling Services for Fire Fighters) Clinician. |
